The guest takes a card

Staff scan the code
The guest shows their code and staff scan it on the phone already behind the counter. The stamp is on the card before they leave.

The card fills, the reward waits
Once enough stamps are collected, the guest sees the reward waiting on their own card. They show a code, staff scan it, and it is handed over.
